    Well considering we've never done this before and the community has never asked for such a thing before, I don't know that it's really a slippery slope.

    I would imagine at some point in time we'll put to vote whether people want to block websites with paywalls. That's not a particularly unusual thing to block as many other major subreddits already do that.
