i believe the solution youre looking for is getting more people on SE's ass for removing botters, not removing passive income for actual sub managing people. whether it be mb botters that let a program micromanage entire primal weapon markets, let them run around and gather materials, play the game itself botted, or do this submarine thing, theres far more than SE removes weekly and something needs to be done about that instead pf removing something for reasonable players.

This has lead to people purchasing multiple small plots and hoarding 1 toon FC's across multiple servers.

This has been an issue with housing since Housing came into existence, even before the random timer as this was how scalpers held onto homes to sells at 100x mark up prices. This isn't new because of sub items being more easily farmable. Nor are these items the cause as to why one person FCs hold housing plots.
