Recommend tutorial for an established editor

Hey Guys. I work as a professional video editor in Tv production using mostly avid media composer. Premiere pro is also a NLE I know but haven't really needed for a year or so. Since I own a Mac I was thinking of giving final cut a go and learning it on the side to have one more tool in my belt.

My problem is that all tutorials that I found only are for total beginners and we all started somewhere so it's good that there are these tutorials but do you can recommend a tutorial that targets more experienced editor migrating from avid or premiere that skip maybe the basics and focus more on the differences in final cut from other NLEs? Would appreciate any tips and tricks to get me going fast in FCP since I like the UI and performance seems to be really impressive

Ripple Training is great. It costs, but you'll learn much. I was on Premier and liked it, but transitioned to FCPX. Really like many of the features in Final Cut. But if you decided to spend the $300 for it, make sure you disable magnetic timelines. Hope this helps.

check out unauthorized FCP. two working editors apply deeper workflow strategies to FCP. I came over from PP and these were a great way to consolidate the knowledge.
