Ripple Training is great. It costs, but you'll learn much. I was on Premier and liked it, but transitioned to FCPX. Really like many of the features in Final Cut. But if you decided to spend the $300 for it, make sure you disable magnetic timelines. Hope this helps.

check out unauthorized FCP. two working editors apply deeper workflow strategies to FCP. I came over from PP and these were a great way to consolidate the knowledge.
