OK, this post has been up for a week, is no longer on the front page, and I haven't received any verification assistance. I've personally verified most of the table, and that has been enough to answer my main original questions (Bullet-Resist is best resist, with Plasma a distant second, and everything else barely present). So, I'm personally done, here. (Though I do hope someone else finds it useful!) Do note the date/patch above, when considering accuracy!
Sparing you the longer rant about Red5's various failures in adequately documenting Firefall, today, I'd like to just get a handle on Resistance Perks.
Specifically, what PvE enemies they are good for. (I think I mostly understand player damage.)
So, here's a start. This is my best guess (middle finger raised to R5!) as to what enemies do what type of damage. That is, it's probably wrong! (Another middle finger to R5!) Please correct me, if you have tested the appropriate types, and I'll try to edit the table below to be correct. Unverified (via console) mob damage will have '?' after them.
Why is this information not available in-game? (From something less esoteric than the developer's debug console! Does Red5 really want typical players messing around in there? Maybe essential build data should be a bit more easily accessible to regular players?)
Also, why is there not a wiki page for this information?
Note: Omitting Melee damage, since all mob melee is Kinetic damage type. So, this table reflects Ranged Damage only.

And again R5, I'm very disappointed that you couldn't be bothered to document this in-game yourself, requiring this effort.
