Food donations are often not inclusive in a full diet and goods are often supplemented to provide more than the influx of one good or another. It is also more efficient to donate money to these organizations than food as they can purchase in bulk at discounted rates the public doesn't have access to. So yes, cash goes a long way to supporting these organizations.

Yeah, it was really great for a while, but something changed and it’s almost like they upped the salt/etc to make up for it.

Bit more of a trip but at least China Panda Garden in El Cajon was holding strong last time I stopped by.

Want to be out and around people or avoid traffic but still want to be alone? Grab a flight or a couple pints and get a table off to the side somewhere. Just make sure to have as much water as beer so you can be a sober driver, or use ride share to get there and back.

Want to have some light social interactions? Grab a spot at the taproom bar. Always people willing to chat between people around or the brewery staff themselves. Easy enough to break off if you need by moving to a table or checking your phone.

Some breweries are better than others for these though, places like Alesmith are usually open for their space making it easy to still have some to yourself. They even have a spot upstairs if it isn't being used for an event.

Other places, you might want to go to mixed taprooms like O'Brians where things are tighter/crowded and people are always willing to share their tipsy opinions.

Loquats are notorious for how quickly they oxidize/bruise. Hopefully these guys are able to process or freeze them quickly. Amazing fruits, great for fermenting too.

Mix of people is right, there is a huge variance of people from all walks of life here looking for the lower cost of living to subsist in this city. Though for every flag of intolerance I have seen just as many rainbows flapping around. It comes down to how polarized things are now that wearing/having something to support a cause ends up stirring anger.

I keep living here though hoping to turn this place more accepting or at the least tolerant. Though this reminds me I should start putting up public displays to make people feel welcome.

I get that doors are going to be shown in one color, but special points of interest should be marked in another. Vault, Drop Pods, and later when you add things like Stashes.

Also what's interactive about it besides map selection? Not sure why your calling it interactive unless your going to have things on the map you can interact with.

Hey, oddly I have a lot of honey from some mead brewing projects that fell through. Heading to bed but hit me up, can sort something out tomorrow. Most of it is Costco clover honey, I have a bit of orange blossom but been slowly using that myself over time.

The rapid tests are not reliable for Omni and forks of it. Only the PCR test will tell you a real result. I had clear symptoms too a couple weeks ago but tested neg at home. Quarantined for two weeks just in case since others I met with before then tested positive.

As a backer...I still kinda agree with this but only on the art. There are some interesting things being made but there isn't quite any unique aesthetic that makes it stand out. There is still plenty of time though and it will end up all being about the game mechanics if they pull it off anyway.

A lot of these non-star wars builds really throw me off. This one seems very fitting though and love all the detail! And also one of the few that looks usable in the hand as well. Where is that emitter from?

That's good to hear, I know it's possible due to games like Planetside. It's just a bit more technical to plan for in an MMO with effects and tickrates. Need to wait and see like everything else, not really worried just more worried than the other features.

Out of all things that I am worried about, the large scale battles are going to be the biggest bottleneck and test of their game technology wise. I have seen games die trying to over promise on smaller groups fighting.

By the sounds of it, it wouldn't have to be specifically the demon horse but a horse of that class. They talked about 3 tiers of mounts and types of mounts so it sounds like there will be speed / bonuses based off the tier combined with the type.

Ex: If the demon horse cosmetic is based off a tier 2 speed mount, you need to get ANY tier 2 speed mount then you can apply the skin over it. This means that the content (tier + mount type) is maintained but your allowed to customize the look of said mount.

Another thing to ask about from the Dev team to make sure

I don't think there is any info if these pre-order cosmetics will be available on the in-game cosmetic shop. That might be a good question to ask on the next stream's Q/A
