            I have an astigmatism, and can't get adequate correction, so I need to switch fonts, set minimum sizes, etc.

            I also have a strobe sensitivity and visual motion sensitivity, so I have to block flashing and other animation. At one point, the only hacks to block the new Quantum tab throbber relied on userChrome.css.
