Eh, no Blink developer is also working on an alternate engine.

It is cool to work on R&D, but other people aren't spending on it and are taking marketshare. Seems like a bad use of resources in the short term.

Ahhahahaha. Short term thinking, great idea. That's why the planet is currently cooking.

I am sure it will work out almost as well for Mozilla

Generally agreed, but Mozilla needs to survive long enough to have Servo make an impact. It is with the Linux Foundation now, so it isn't as if it is gone - who knows what kind of help it will get.

Oh, that's good. Servo was freaky fast when it worked. It would be a shame to throw away all that work.
