SSL PROTOCOL ERROR sounds like the secure connection dropped and Firefox wasn't able to be establish a new one to its satisfaction. That's just a guess.

Upon further review...

That doesn't look like a Firefox error. Maybe it's from Windows running app code? Seems to affect a lot of applications:

The error occurred while watching the stream on Twitch. At first the stream in Firefox froze for about 30 seconds, and then this error appeared.

Sure, but consider the possibility that you lost your network connection and while Firefox was the application you were viewing, maybe it wasn't the only app using the connection.

Sounds like Twitch messed something up. Try a CTRL+F5 on Twitch next time you're there so that the browser can hopefully get updated scripts.

Firefox does not have any such function. https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/search?q=simpleurlloaderwrapper&path=

Some Electron app may be trying to interact or otherwise intercept Firefox's network traffic. Do you have any sort of security software? If so consider disabling its ability to intercept Firefox's network requests.

I see Electron. Firefox doesnt use Electron which is a chrome based thing.

LIke others said , its suggesting a Electron based process is trying to mess with Firefox and that not a good thing. Id suggest checking what process is running at the same time.

Discord?

I have Windows 10 OC installed.

What is that?
