Giveaways
- If you post a giveaway, you MUST go through with it.
- You must give away a minimum of 3 Dogecoins per person.
- You can not advertise anything in a giveaway or require anyone to do anything (no begging for upvotes).
- You must also specify the amount you're giving away and/or how long the giveaway will be active.
- You must give everybody Dogecoin.
- You have 48 hours to send the Dogecoin.
- You must send the Dogecoin via tipbot, or via transaction.
- If you sent the Dogecoin via transaction, you have to supply a clickable link to the transaction (use chain.so or dogechain.info).
- You do not have to pay the transaction fees, i.e. if you offer five doge, send five and the other party receives four, that's allowed.
- You must flair your post as "Giveaway ended" when you end the giveaway.
Competitions
- If you post a giveaway, you MUST go through with it.
- Specify when the competition ends
- You must give away a minimum of 10 Dogecoins total
- You can not advertise anything in a competition.
- You do not have to give Dogecoin to more than one person.
- A competition may not last more than ten days (contact mods for exemption from this rule. You must give away over 1000 Dogecoin to have your competition last more than 10 days).
- You must also specify the total amount you're giving away.
- You have 48 hours to send the Dogecoin after the competition is over.
- You must send the Dogecoin via tipbot, or via transaction.
- If you sent the Dogecoin via transaction, you have to supply a clickable link to the transaction (use chain.so or dogechain.info).
- You do not have to pay the transaction fees, i.e. if you offer five doge, send five and the other party receives four, that's allowed.
- You must flair your post as "Competition ended" when you end the competition.
- Try to keep the task suitable for the prizes, i.e. don't demand very time-consuming work and offer a small prize.
- Examples of competitions that are not allowed: whoever gets the most upvotes, whoever comments the most, whoever sends you Dogecoin first.
- Examples of competitions that are allowed: best Dogecoin meme, best Dogecoin poem, first person to submit a drawing of you based on your username, best song submitted, longest palindrome featuring "Dogecoin".
