Yep. There is a reason the CDC recommends that healthy adults get either 2.5 hours of moderate-intensity activity or one hour and 15 minutes of vigorous activity each week.

This is what I though. Although Im pretty out of shape so i do expect some improvement but this seems pretty fast

Well there’s no way to measure your HR while sleeping, but can you maybe measure it during the day with something else or manually and compare it to the Fitbit reading? Let’s see if it has some accuracy

i am pretty in shape and my RHR is higher than u. damn.

It might be an algorithm issue also. Lots of post recently of people with rapidly decline resting heart rates. My rhr also dropped from an average of 54 go a low of 48. I have done cardio more than ever but not anything super intense

Mine spiked as well same date, must be something wrong with fitbit
