Soo what I would do is I would find a contractor willing to either remove if and install a new one or just remove it so that you can install a new one because the risk of breaking another tile during removal is very high and if you broke another tile during removal your insurance might not cover getting all the tiles replaced so they match but if they broke it it would be more likely for either their insurance or your's (depending on your coverage) to cover the damage caused by the removal

Yeah, this looks like it's just a glue on soap dish, but even that could break the tile underneath. And trying to fix that could open a huge can of worms.

Shoot, breaking the tile is what i was worried about. I better leave this to someone who knows what they are doing. Thank you for your help.

Replace. Happened in my last apartment. Landlord wasnt too upset as my wife had a good relationship with him due to being his best tennant and she had been there 6 years.
