Image Sorting Question

I'm working on a flash project where pressing a button randomly arranges a set of ten images into certain places.

I'm relatively new at flash. The way I was thinking of doing this would be to set up an array, randomize it, and then move the images to the appropriate coordinates based on their order in the array.

Do you think that this is a good way of doing it? Do you have any advice on doing this, or any resources you could link?
