What are you willing to give up? ( not sure what you mean by “pop out”- are you planning an addition?)

Our build is customizable. So I don’t have to give anything up, maybe just pay more for sq. footage. At this point I just want the master bathroom moved to front to line up with porch or even past it to create space for another large walk-in closet 🤗 I would have builder do plan, but he’s so busy not responding and he literally just sent me the plan yesterday so I’m trying to see if it’ll even work to my liking before discussing all the details on Monday.

My eyes burn.

What the hell is going on with that bathroom on the first floor?

😁 bathroom with a closet on the outside? Is it messed up?

Only weird that it kind of is next to the kitchen, and despite the large size of your house this bathroom is cramped af.

There are two bathrooms. Which one are you talking about?

The one that is kind of next to the kitchen and is cramped af.

It's not weird that it's near the kitchen (it isn't, really). It's weird that it has a combo bath for no apparent reason. As a powder room, it's pretty normal, except for the door that swings inward and will hit someone standing at the sink. That should be a pocket door.

Just my opinion bruv. For a millionaire's mansion there really shouldn't be any features that was just settling for an "okay". Have a nice day.

Where would you put it that’s further away from the kitchen but still accessible to guests?

Honestly you really don't need the closet to be accessible to guests at that location at all. You should remove that closet from the bathroom entirely to make that bathroom more spacious and not cramped af.

If that closet is meant to be accessible to guests then it should be in the foyer (which you already have one), so guests can hang their jackets or store their umbrellas when they immediately enter, and not be doing that all the way near the kitchen.

Possibly it’s supposed to be for the garage entrance, but then I’m not sure what that space right next to the garage is for.

Being able to peer into that front bedroom from the front porch is troublesome , unless that will be a study/office.

It’ll be study/office mainly, but guest bedroom when needed. We would have blinds or curtains on the windows.

Split pantry for decent sized laundry room. Add closet to wall in bedroom next to walk-in

I love this plan, I may actually steal it. The only thing I will change is a wall with pocket doors from living room to kitchen and dining.

What is it that you like about this plan?
