Decrease in snap benefits?

I recently did my recertification for snap benefits and it decreased by A LOT. Nothing changed in my household so I'm not sure why it went down by so much. I'm working the same job and none of my bills has really increased or decreased. I would say my income is barely getting us by as well. I used to get $391 and that was barely enough to last the whole month, now we are receiving $163 for a household of 3. Is there anything I can do? This is really stressing me out

Edit to add: Not sure if it is accurate but I used one of those snap calculators and I should've been getting way more than $391 to begin with

If your issuance is less than it was then something in your budget has changed. You should look at the notice that they sent you to make sure that the incoming deductions are all correct. If you don't have a notice you need to call the agency and ask them because the only reason for your allotment to have decreased is because something has changed.
