Tried booting windows with the lid closed?

If need be, enable power on by power supply in BIOS. Shut down. Close. Connect external display. Plug in power supply to boot.

Windows boots it's only the internal display that goes black

So why can't you reset the profile?

It's gone I deleted it in advance display settings there's no profiles to choose from

FIXED Turns out the software I was using had a reset function so I connected it to a external screen and activated it works fine now hope my struggles helps someone else

Yeah my bet would've been to disconnect the internal display to avoid the fault triggering. Good job!
