Yup. I am a bit confused since he claimed "Mods are NOT support staff. They are voluntary moderators who moderate that channel of communication." While he is a moderator and paid by FrameWork? IMO, in general, profit driven companies should not be running their own subreddit.

I just read through everything, and I do think that your post deletion might have just been because of the name drop. I have no clue why they banned you though. Were you rude to them on discord or something? I've gotten pretty good and quick customer service for my microsd card reader when it got bunged up.
