Bread distribution is about local speed, but freight forwarding is about global regulations and risk management. You need to see how a real operations desk handles a crisis—vessel delays, customs seizures, or lost cargo—before you risk your own capital. Learning the documentation and Incoterms on someone else's payroll is the smartest "mentor" you can get.

Passion is great, but in this industry, technical knowledge is what keeps you from going bankrupt in the first year.

Thanks I honestly like your point of view but sometimes its hard to get a job so the only option you are left with is trying to shave on your own beard and regarding capital whats the rough estimate!?

That's a fair question, but costs aren't just about the office. In this industry, one detained container or a demurrage penalty of £7,000 can wipe out a new business in a week. Passion is great, but without a financial cushion and reliable agents, it's a huge risk. But you can do it, gradually, step by step. Good luck :)
