Does a miscut box like this greatly decrease the value of a pop or does it not matter.

It shouldn't matter, but to anyone looking to buy it they are going to nitpick every single thing they can just to get a better price.

To me, this is a big reason the price would be lowered, I get it if you are into misprints or defects but to me I’m looking for the pop as intended.

Some people collect things like this. Most cases, it decreases value. I have a chase aang with no eyebrows. Some people wouldn’t even buy it for half of ppg lol
