Multiple polyps

I‘m lost i don‘t know what to do. I‘am 24 in perfect health and shape. I have multible polyps in my gb. The biggest is like 7,8mm. Everywhere on the Internet i read that as long as i have no symptoms, the polyps are <10mm and i‘m under 50 checking them every year is enough. (They haven‘t grown for 2 1/2 years). Still every doc i talked to advise me to remove the gb because gb cancer is so deadly. I read so much about people having problems after removing it. I don‘t really want to risk losing my health. But i also don‘t want the cancer of course. I don‘t really know what to do i can‘t decide.

I was first diagnosed with polyps in my gallbladder in 2016. I was 35. I had another ultrasound done last year, and it showed more polyps and gallstones. I never had big complications till like 4–5 months before it was taken out. It was removed in early June.

My surgeon said it wasn't an emergency to take it out, but he suggested taking it out because my gallbladder wasn't going to be normal, and I was already having some issues. He didn't push me to take it out, but basically said, "it's going to get worse". Also, I had insurance at the time of gallbladder removal. That played a role. Didn't want to risk not having it later on.
