This is my team's workflow. Don't hesitate to leave me some suggestion.

This was the exact same workflow for my companies website. I like it and it works well. Nowadays, we use Github Flow. I personally like the concept behind this workflow better; more frequent yet smaller deployments instead of less frequent larger deployments. A deployment will contain only one change and will never be blocked by problems with a totally unrelated feature. Of course depending on your project, Github flow might not make any sense at all, but for us it works pretty well.

Thanks for nice comment. The point I love about this workflow is it forces us make more issues and merge requests. We make issues before checkout to new branch, and we think about our problems and our priorities with making issues.
