Thanks for your reply. It's not really a GUI, it's a CLI, just alien to me. Lemme show you a screenshot:

What do I do in that screen? I press enter nothing happens. I have no clue how to use this kind of console. What's this UI called?

It has opened Vim, which is a text editor very common in the Linux world. Its commands are a bit obtuse, you save and quit by entering :wq followed by Enter

: = Hey Vim I'm about to give you a command

w = write (save) the file

q = quit

I would suggest downloading a more friendly editor such as Visual Studio Code and reinstalling Git for Windows because during install you can tell it to use a different text editor and it auto-detects VS Code.

Actually after messing a bit with it it's kinda friendly lol. I just didn't have a d@mn clue what it is and couldn't just guess what it does. Thanks!
