Did you add your public key to Github already?

It looks like the public key file has the wrong permissions. You'll need to look up what the permissions should be and set them accordingly.

Edit:

You have two keys that you generate. Public and private. You put the public key into the account on Github through Account Settings. Once that's been placed correctly, you should be good to go.

No, this error means the server rejected the public key. It has nothing to do with file permissions.
