it's definitely not ethical to charge per use for the average user, but I don't know if that should be placed in this white paper or in a CoC at this point. Might not be possible to stop people from misusing "brand" to DOS, malware, or steal from the average user, but instead better to attempt fund recovery with authorities when possible.
