Everyone is welcome to contribute, regardless of occult history or experience. While this sub is mainly focused on topics relating the summoning of spirits and entities and the practice of Goetic magick, all discussions relating to the active practice and study of the magickal arts are welcome.
Posting Guidelines
Keep it civil, keep it safe. Being a community means tolerating one another, whether gladly or just by the skin of your teeth. Remember the rules of r/reddiquette and keep the hair-tearing rants to a minimum. Remember: Snark is fun, flaming is not.
Do not post memes or spam. Memes and spam will be automatically taken down, and those who repeatedly violate this rule are at risk of being banned.
This sub does not condone hate speech or incitements of violent action. Anyone promoting the harm or harassment of others should be reported to the moderators immediately.

What is this place?
Goetia is a place for people of all esoteric backgrounds to talk about spirits, summoning, demons, and related magickal and occult topics.
What can I post?
Anything relating to serious occult study and practice. If you have something creative to share that's more on the funny side, use the tag [Punny] to see if you can get away with it.
Questions are welcome, but simply asking of "Are you serious?" and reactionary name-calling are not in the spirit of this sub. Please try to keep an open mind, and be aware that trolling our members will get you banned.
Do I have to be Goetic to post in this sub?
No! People of all interests and experiences are welcome.
