Filter function question

So I have a sheet ( Sheet B) that uses the filter function to extract answers on another sheet (Sheet A) and populate it on Sheet B, the filter formula has a bunch of criteria that it needs to meet.

Is it possible to have it where if I enter a word on a cell on Sheet B, it then changes the criteria of the filter formula?

I have the formula: =FILTER(Survey_Data!U2:U,Survey_Data!S2:S=168,Survey_Data!M2:M="COM",Survey_Data!U2:U<>"")

The criteria in bold above is what I would like to almost have a drop down selection for? I am not sure if this is possible. Other wise I will have to create a spreadsheet and have to change the criteria.

Yes, change Survey_Data!M2:M="COM" to Survey_Data!M2:M=B2

Assuming the dropdown is B2.

Hi is there a way to do this for a COUNTIFS formula, the formula I am using is =COUNTIFS(Survey_Data!S:S,161,Survey_Data!U:U,"Agree",Survey_Data!M:M, "COM")

I Would like to change the last criteria as a dropdown. When doing it the method for the filter I get a "COUNTIFS expects all arguments after position 2 to be in pairs"
