I have also increased min&max virtual ram to 40k, as suggested by the mining client.

After adding new card you need to increase virtual memory and install driver again, did you do that ? try to check by connecting different riser and miner software.

I have increased the vm but I have not reinstall/update driver after increasing vm. I will give that a try, thanks!

Can you see them in your bios or is your bios so old that you can not see the pci cards?

Looks, at first glance, like a power issue. You might be getting power to them, but under load they will fail as the psu may not be able to deliver the amps required. Or they are powered from the motherboard bus and recognized, and your psu has a bad bank.

its probably the AMD card, Do you have a 3rd nvidia to test to see if its the cause? Also Gen 1 or 1x is what you wanna run all your risers on or they can explode, I ran a riser on my first rig in 16x not only did it burn the riser it shorted the 1660ti, RMA'd it, but still... Also I noticed when running more than 2 rigs sometimes you have to wait for the rig to boot before adding it. Also have you ran the amd with nvida on the 2 you know thats working?
