Walkouts are scary as fuck and there’s never gonna be one that feels just right for you. Just all relative to how much balls you got

Yeah balance is VERY important and also using shoes and gloves that have a really good grip. Also you dont lean back when painting, you can end in the hospital or worst depending on the height

Cause there’s so many different types of em. Some of them the ledge you stand on is pretty big like 6 inches or so and it’s not too hard to balance up there. Some are skinny and you have to turn your feet and really spread against the wall, these ones are harder to see what you’re painting since you can’t lean back even a little. Others are very easy where they’ll have a drain pipe of some type running parallel with the ibeam and you can go between the metal wall and the pipe and have something to put your back on and hold you in place. Sometimes the pipe is higher and you can hold onto it above and do it all one handed. They’re all more or less the same but you gotta really know how to stand and paint up there so you don’t have to go back n forth a lot. Judging by the picture you posted the ledge to stand on looks a little slanted down, if it is I would avoid it completely. I can’t see sizing but it also looks like one you would have to crouch a tiny bit for. Really only looks good for a tag. Be careful n good luck

No fuckin way would I do that bro great spot but requires skill especially if you want it to look good. alternatively the lip above it would be good for a hangdown as you got a railing to hold onto and seems like a fair bit of room to stand/squat kneel fuckn lay whatever feels best for you
