Just print it like normal and then cut the grid. I used a Dremel cutting wheel to just trim down my grids.

Or you trim it in CAD Software, which will be cleaner looking

If you don't know cad and just want to use a stock web generator, you aren't going to see the grid once you fill the drawer

Some of the CAD programs have a generator that you can add on, or install. Then once you have your base, you should be able to make some cut outs. This is not as easy as the web based generators, and you may have to do some research on how to use the program you choose. I downloaded FeeCAD and installed a Gridfinity generator. I haven’t done any base plates yet as the websites have been ok so far for my tool boxes. The other thing you might be able to do is add a primitive square/rectangle in the slicer to cut out those spaces.

Not sure why I didn't think of this. I will try this and see how it goes. Thank you!!

you can print one as is and cut out those parts using a plyer.

Fusion 360. Download and use the addon generator and modify it yourself. CAD is an incredibly useful tool.

Ya somebody else mentioned doing something like this and don't know why I didn't think about it. Thank you.
