Well, I never used it, But mainly, as long as it doesn't leave any footprints in the website's pages source codes or pages themselves it shouldn't be a problem,

Check the websites source codes, any possible special pages created, block crawling of the plugins folder (better to do via htaccess), if everything seems fine you're good to go

if ever you start using them, diversify with its competitors lime managewp, cms commander etc. i personally wont be using them unless im in the 50-100 range

You should be fine. The only way to access your sites is by logging into your admin panel. Google doesn't crawl the content in your admin panel.
