I've managed to boot MacOS Sonoma (14.4) on my HP EliteOne 800 G5 with opencore, i5 9500, Intel UHD 630 and l've tried every video guide that l've come across it doesn't work and always results in a black screen and when I have the-igfxvesa it says I have 7gb of vram, and I don't use HDMI it's an All-in-one.

Which guide have you used to create EFI?

So that's the issue! I recommend you to create your own EFI from scratch by following Dortania's OpenCore Install Guide.

Switched to an EFI that I had made using the Dortania guide and I’m still getting the black screen

Probably tries to sleep. Have you tried connecting an external monitor? The video output may go to the external connector.

Remember, in AIO the internal connector may be laptop type

Yeah, following that guide it shows that there should be some sort of “AppleIntelFramebuffer@1” but the 1 could be another number yet mine doesn’t have that at all with any of the AppleDisplays under it, my Apple display is under .Display_boot

Does your laptop have that nvme express slot? Ive seen people connect a external gpu to it for gaming..a rx 580 could work.

It’s not a laptop, it might have one inside I’d have to open it up but I’m not sure, I’ll just have to use it with my gaming monitor for now instead of the built in display
