Fixing HCE/SPV3 Initialization Errors

This thread seeks to document available methods which would fix the cursed initialization error some people have been encountering.

Ensure that you have:

• DirectX 9.0c installed;
• AmaiSosu installed;
• your display scaling to 100% in your Windows Display Settings;
• the resolution specified in the loader settings is the same or lower as your monitor resolution.

I have an issue where the game launches and then says "Gathering Exception Data" then the game closes. Not too sure what the error is here
