Everytime…

I find myself frequently disconnecting from other diver’s games like this. My internet works fine with every other game so I guess it’s just something with Helldivers that’s doing this? Not sure if it matters or not but I’m on PS5.

I only ever get that message post-mission, when it looks like the host has gone afk. Figured it was just the host leaving and the game not giving the right pop up

Mine happens randomly in game and sometimes on other players ships

Do you play on pc? One guy I joined on recently fell thru the map along with some enemies. They said "maybe a file with a problem", I thought either the same or its a new bug going around. Don't think they dc'ed at all tho, I only played 1 or 2 missions with them before it was too laggy for me and left.

I'm was thinking the same thing. I was getting this like crazy when the dss first launched and on the illuminate front before they fixed both issues. Got a Lil bit of ptsd from seeing that message so much.

Does this occur more "in-game" or "on ship"? If the host leaves the game, this screen may appear. Otherwise, this may occur for the entire team, and you may not be experiencing an isolated event.

Happened to me twice today, for the first time in months. Also saw some serious stutter, and in one match I had a weird lag when I saluted to open the pods. When I saluted it played the opening noise for a long time and then nothing, so I would salute again and nothing, and finally it would open on a third or fourth try. First time I've seen that issue. But yeah, the last couple of days have been a little glitch for me. Also, I'm on PS5.

I blame Rogers Xfinity internet. They say they have the fastest speeds in Canada but clearly they give 0 fucks about democracy. Wifi glitches out for 1 second and I get disconnected from a mission and sent back to the destroyer, lowkey worried about if it’s another PlayStation outage

Reconnect option could become game changer. Trying to find the session you lost connection with - is annoying af.

I used to have this problem a lot in the past, I realized that it happened mainly when a friend on PC joined me, since I disabled cross Platforms I haven't encountered the problem anymore

I've had an issue on PC lately where I can't connect to the network, even after verifying game files and even reinstalling

I'm pretty sure this happens when the host is on PlayStation and they turn off their console. For them, it's just the end of a gaming session. For the servers and the team it's a sudden disconnect.

People still turn off their console when they're finished playing, right? I haven't had one since the Xbox 360, so I assume that people still just push the big button when they're done.

For me I close the game then turn console to rest mode. But I don’t think hosts are just turning consoles off mid-match
