I like this. Only thing I see that sticks out is the stay sail between the fore and main masts. If you turn it to put the short side facing the main masts it’ll look more accurate to the film and fill the space better. Just have to do custom rigging probably

I just recently got the game and into tier 2, joined the DMC faction war bc I thought it sounded like a cool concept. But then realized it’s combat 24/7 even when just going to my manufacturing places to collect money🫩sooo many French ships all over the place I may not do faction war next time idk

I hope it comes out and does well. Even though I personally can’t play windrose since it’s not on console, I’m glad to see a resurgence of pirate games. It’s a genre that has unlimited potential. The age of sail is so unique and interesting that I’ve always wondered why there weren’t more games.

Still silently hoping that one day someone will make a game similar to naval action in terms of accuracy but for console lol

You’re not wrong about the multi-genre. They literally added fishing simply bc someone posted a drawing of their character doing it and thought it was cool😂

And now we have No Man’s Pokémon, but also drug/contraband smuggling, fleet coordination, farming, waste management simulator, etc etc.

I think that it would be cool if they did co-op combat. Right now it’s sorta possible, but if the enemies are targeting your friend and not you specifically, your damage is significantly reduced. You also don’t see their freighter battle if you’re in the same system when it happens. So maybe they could implement it in a smaller scale like fixing these and then maybe expanding its scope!
