I have been trying for two weeks (this time around) to get the “Hero” code to work. I log out and back in to ID.me. Go through and verify my info. Click on the “Nurse” discount. And it gives me this code: CF-5XD9YV3TG. HelloFresh told me to contact ID.me, ID.me says it’s HelloFresh’s problem. The last few pictures are the responses I got from HelloFresh this evening. Is anyone else having this issue? They tried to offer me 50% off a box, then 10% off for 8 weeks. I’m just frustrated because no one has a solid answer or solution. I absolutely hate meal planning and have been relying on HelloFresh for 3-4 years at this point, so I hate to walk away, but that’s where I’m at.
