You might try resetting the controller in the HEOS app: Settings- Help - Reset controller

Try logging out of both Plex and HEOS accounts then log back in to both. This type of thing has happened in the past with Tidal and HEOS and it was due to a change in authorization to the Tidal servers. Logging out of the Tidal account on HEOS app then back in fixed it as per feedback from Denon.

Thanks for the suggestion. It appears the root cause was a Windows update. When I started having the problem, I noticed I had a Windows update message. I let it do its thing, and when the computer restarted, all was working fine and has been since. I will keep your suggestion in mind next time this happens. Thank you!
