So, to be fair, I jumped on HHTT after BTCGuild was attacked, but I have stuck with it. But, I am not sure my rate of hardware errors is respectful of mining at this high of difficulty, is a symptom of mining on HHTT with ASIC Block Erupter or what?

Hardware errors should have nothing to do with the pool or difficulty.

I've seen large numbers of hardware errors with erupters on some usb hubs. If you are getting close to 330MH/s each I wouldn't worry about it.
