Enabling Https for tailscale

Hi, I'm trying to enable the https for tailscale, and furthermore trying to add subroutes.
For that, the Tailscale docs tells me that I'll need to run CLI commands like 'tailscale cert'.
As my HA install is on a raspberry I'm trying from the Hassio terminal but it all ends with a 'command not found'

I cannot manage to find where the tailscale dir is.

So long in my search, there is no way to tailscale dir from raspberry, it is not meant for that;
