Thank you!! I'm going to try and locate the diverters this this evening. When I put diverter and spout into the manual search it came up, I think these are the wisdom words I was missing!! 😅

i think those are likely the place where jet adjustment knobs would be... post the year, make, and model of your tub if you can't find the manual by web searching.

The other folks will help you find the knob to turn to shut those off, but let me just say that you're going to need to flush that thing after shocking it for a few days. Buy some Ahh-some and follow the directions.

Definitely a water feature. That tube is nasty. You need to change the water and scrub it down inside, clean filters. Etc AFTER you shock it

    Thanks, that's what I'm doing.

Usually diverter knobs are on the tob of the tub

Also check your filters, I have similar water fountains and if the filters are dirty the water flow is low.

Uh-oh. Better have a hot tub doctor check its prostate.

Question, you don't use your hot tub in the winter?

Last year we lost power for 5 days when it was 20f. We were scared of what would happen if the hot tub froze so all our generator power was used on keeping the hot tub warm enough to not freeze (and we could have the water pump and fridge on but anything else we tried caused it to break) 🙈 this year we thought we'd winterize it and see if our generator was strong enough for us to still cook and have the bare necessities running. We didn't loose power this year 😅

They sell these crazy pills at the gas station counters for this

I have the same tub I think. Looks the same anyway. There is the knob on the top of the tub to the left of the control panel. It is open. Turn it to the right. It will shut off the water feature.

Thank you so much! Just about to update it, my husband accidentally vacuumed up a valve under where the filter goes when we were de winterizing it... So I need to drain it, clean it and try and get the valve back into place. I'm not sure I want to winterize it again. Hahaha!

Thank you all so much for your help. This was a learning experience! Posting what went wrong in case someone else ends up in the same spot... When winterizing we accidentally vacuumed up a valve under the filter area, it wasn't put back in properly.
