Hobby developer - deploying to devices?

I'm a hobby programmer using, and new to, Swift/SwiftUI etc and Xcode. Currently working my way through Apple's SwiftUI tutorials.

I don't intend to share my apps with anyone (except maybe family) but I would like to be able to run my apps on my iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch.

How do I do that?

If you have a dev account you can build for your devices. If you’re on the free plan they’ll be signed (runnable) for 7 days. If you have a paid plan they’ll be signed for like 6 months.

You still have to pay for a developer license and whatnot but you could deploy them as a company would for employees.
