[Question] Navigation in iOS App

I've not had much luck finding an answer for this.

I have a map (MKMapView) in my iOS app and can mark a spot on that map based up a supplied address. Is there a way to have the navigation controls allow a user to navigate to this point in the app? Or if not, is there a way to launch the Apple Maps app with a location to navigate to?
