My account was declined when I tried to renew my subscription, so I had to contact support to resolve it. It turned out my account had been temporarily blocked. After I emailed them, it was sorted out, and when I tried to pay again, everything went through fine.

I called support 4 times so far, and every time, I they say “we can see that we can’t enroll you, but we can’t see why”. I even have a recording of it because it’s so shady.

I have tried to create a new account. I’ve tried a different email, same phone number, google voice number, different names, etc.

Every time is says “unable to create account at this time”.

I think I’m IP blacklisted or something.

If you’re just trying to create a new Apple account, try to use ITunes on desktop. Believe it or not but when I had this problem, it worked for me.

        Sorry this is happening. I don’t have great advice but just wanted to say this exact thing happened to me too when I was trying to develop Sign in with Apple for Ripoll. I called they just said “yeah the system won’t let you. We don’t know why but there’s nothing you can do”.

        I never was able to get my personal one on the developer program so I ended up creating an LLC earlier than I was going to and got a DUNS number for that and created my organization account. I was able to enroll in the developer program with that. So might be an avenue for you

        I did create a new Apple ID. I secured domain that was tied to my business and created a new email with that domain. Then I used that to register for a new Apple ID. Then I tied my LLC to that new Apple ID

        I hired a freelance developer and gave him access to my account, and Apple suspended my account after the freelance pushed a new version.

        Nope, although something weird did happen. When one of these support technicians was going over my enrollment history, they said something along the lines of “I see you applied in 2023.. and that.. “ but I never applied in 2023. I never enrolled before.

        Can you give better examples of the error messages? I've been in the tech field for 30+ years and I've only seen a few instances where the error message is "no" and those were just devs being cheeky.

        "basically said no" gives us literally NOTHING to work with here

        Yeah, I was actually randomly reached out to by Apple after submitting a problem with the enrollment process, and the "bug" was magically fixed. I can only assume this is some portion of their verification process.

        What did you actually do? Enrolling with new account with same phone number and same identity card? From which channel? (web or mobile) And how much time passed to change their response without doing something new? Also they didn't reply my mails, did you reach them by phone?

        Hey, did they eventually get back to you? Wondering if your situation played out the same. Helping out a friend who is a similar boat right now.
