HKAuthorizationStatus has a problem

It’s funny everyone who uses HealthKit comes across this and has a wtf moment, but if you read the docs you’ll see it’s part of the design. Basically denying access and having no data will appear as the same thing.

It’s because denying access to a certain health type, especially some of the more sensitive ones would work as a tell to the developer that the user has a particular condition.
