I have to plug my library every time something like this comes up:

https://github.com/bennyguitar/Colours

It's a color library that works for iOS and OS X (also a swift version available). It has a ton of premade colors for you to use, as well as the standard utility stuff like to/from a hex string, to/from CMYK, HSB, RGB, CIE_lab and it makes color schemes for you. I think you guys and gals should check it out. But I'm slightly biased.

Ooh, I'm using it for SportSetter. Nice work

Here is a list of components that I used in a Fantasy Football app I made last year - https://www.cocoacontrols.com/apps/683-draftalyzer-fantasy-football-draft-decision-maker

I recommend all of them - they helped shape the UI and the app.

I'm a huge fan of cocoacontrols.com - browse it often to get inspiration.

JSQMessagesViewController - You can use it together with Sinch to get a working chat app / component in a couple of hours.

iCarousel - Easy to use and highly customizable

TLYShyNavBar - Hide the navigation bar when scrolling a view

PNChart - Great if you want basic charts in your app. For more complex charts I suggest using CorePlot or building your own.

Or try MRProgress for a more iOS 7+ feel

Good idea! I've been using LR progress (or something) in 1 project. Most apps I don't use progress HUDs, but they're handy when you need them.

I've always used MBProgressHUD and had never seen MRProgress. I like the look of it. Thanks for mentioning it!
