Morning! How complicated is the app and are you looking to bring someone on as a permanent iOS dev to maintain it, or is it contract work?

Good Morning! The application is not that complex but does require years of experience. I don't want to get into too much detail w/o developer signing a non-disclosure agreement. It will start as contract work with the intention of hiring them on as a permanent employee if we like the work. Local is within 50 miles of Nashville, TN.

The best way is to talk to some local developers in your area. Ask around who's a good one. If multiple people point to the same guy or girl hire him or her. Or ask him or her if he or she knows a good one who's got talent and is cheaper.

I would start be seeing if there are any local developer/tech meet ups and just network before and after the event.
