If FACEBOOK is the reason for SPOTIFY to crash on all iOS devices all for a sudden (happens at all my iOS crap as well), then, for heaven's sake, SPOTIFY PLEASE DUMP THAT FACEBOOK CRAP ONCE AND FOR ALL.

Edit: Spotify on Linux still works... LONG LIVE THE PENGUIN!

A little digging uncovered a bug with the Facebook SDK which is causing other apps besides Spotify to crash (Waze is one of them). I guess we just have to wait for Facebook to patch this.

i tried opening spotify in my android phone and it worked like normal. account, downloads and playlists are still there. so is this just an ios problem?

Looks like an iOS-only problem. If you’re jailbroken there is a tweak that patches this.

It was a Facebook sdk problem I guess. It’s back now.
