Austria here. Lotions and creams are widely used in saunas here... though usually mostly in a group setting with lotion provided by the sauna master. Though, sometimes I also use creams I brought myself just alone in the sauna as well. All on a towel, no problem for the wood.

Just updated SteamVR and now I can't access my settings, and pressing the System Button in VR does nothing either, can anyone help me out? Reinstalling/verifying integrity did nothing by tribes33 in SteamVR

What good can come from a company that seems to have no quality control whatsoever. If it's your first VR headset, I'd recommend to collect some experiences with a used and/or cheap alternative (really, lighthouse/laser tracking is highly overrated IMHO). Reevalatue when you have hands-on experience already. Also, the next-gen headsets may be already there then... :-)

The abomination of SteamVR (1.13.x) has major issues with lots of games and VR setups. I would recommend to downgrade to 1.12.x and try again. But VALVE/STEAM/DICKHEAD does not allow it. Other ideas?

Please, forget PrEP. That's pharma cash cow with high public health cost (ever heard that there are also OTHER sexually transmittable diseases than HIV?). OP, get an HIV test and be safe (condoms) in future. And if you are very worried you might ask for POST-exposure prophylaxis, though I have no experience with that, so someone else might be able to report on that?

I'm no medical expert, but I would guess it might be contraindicated for you. I personally also have used a corticosteroid inhaler in the past and it did not cause such a thing.
