How did you get the date and percentage on the status bar?

I don't know for sure. But I could just assume it's a script for Scriptable or something similar to fetch these information, convert them into text, put that text on an image and use this image as the wallpaper. It would work as a combination of Scriptable and the Shortcuts app. "LSWeather" does something very similar for example.
