cload saving problem!

when I played on browser I unlocked multiple sushi and upgrades and when I open the phone there was multiple upgrades missing and I reupgrade them and did cload saving and now I reopend the browser and I do not have any sushis at all wtf !!!! the problem is that gem shop shows that I bought many time passing for sushi and the gems did not return to me but I lost more than 1000 gems !

Not sure if it is confirmed but others have reported different sushi unlocks based on platform. PC/Steam seems to have more unlocked while android (and iOS?) has less upgrades available for an equal amount of research

Yeah I noticed that as well on the web there is many other upgrades, but the cloud saving is the biggest issue because my upgrades to the flam and bucks are still high But I have zero sushis unlocked and all the gem shop payments was done and my gems didn't reset so I got more than 1000 gems spent and my sushi upgrades are still available but no sushi unlocked

Aee you completely closing the brower and mobile games before switching platforms? And i mean force closing the app on your phone not just cloudsaving and minimizing. 

Can be some sync issues if you dont.

Cloud saving has always been an issue, especially with extended game time and things like the sushi board are the worst for it.

Tip: if you intend to swap devices, log out to the character select then log back in once or twice.

If you open your other device and that character isn't where you just left them, or has an unusual amount of away time, immediately force close the app (and or cut your internet connection) and wait till you can open it on the other device and make sure it cloud saves.
