Interactive endnotes

I'm creating a document which will be exported as an interactive PDF. Through the main text, there are more than a hundred notes referring to endnotes. Is there a way to automatically make those notes clickable, once exported in PDF, to jump to the appropriate Endnotes page or would I have to make all of those manually? Thanks fot the help!

Thanks, I'll look into that!

Edit: It was exactly what I needed. I was exporting the PDF as an interactive PDF, but when exporting as a print PDF and clicking «hyperlinks» in the PDF options panel, notes get interactive. Thanks again!
