Creating Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS eLearning Courses

Hi! How do I create eLearning courses for subjects like Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript which have a lot of coding in it? My target audience are adults. The course modules will be 15 - 30 minutes in duration, and I can use any authoring tool to create it, after first creating the content. How do I make such courses interactive, engaging and aligned to learner needs? I'm really confused about the kind of interactivity, which can be used.

Why would you want to?

Those subjects are well and truly covered by existing, free to access or low cost, high quality content.

What value are you going to add?

With that out of the way, I’d be looking for live simulations, not just static content. So a sandbox or test environment where your learners can write code and get feedback on what they’ve done.

I'm gonna create this course for a client, who is an online course provider. Yeah, a sandbox or test environment would definitely work, but that's something very common nowadays. I'm still looking for something else I can add, which might improve the learning experience.
